Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to DTD.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any purchases made through DTD.

By visiting our website, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ABOUT DTD

DTD (“DTD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and offers products and services through it.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

Where legally required, our full business identification and contact information is available through our website or legal notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you may only use our services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes and the appearance of colors, materials, finishes, packaging, or other details may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or production batches.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the normal functionality of a product are not necessarily considered defects.

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or update products at any time, subject to applicable law and without affecting orders already contractually confirmed where such changes would be unlawful.

4. PRODUCT USE

DTD products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, age recommendations, or safety information supplied with the product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in an appropriate environment and under appropriate supervision where necessary.

Improper, reckless, unintended, or unsafe use may result in damage or injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTD is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or use of a product for purposes for which it was not designed.

Nothing in our branding, marketing, product names, or creative content should be interpreted as encouraging dangerous, illegal, or irresponsible driving or other unlawful activity.

Real drifting belongs on appropriate tracks and controlled environments.

5. PRICES

Prices displayed on our website may change at any time.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Depending on your location, prices may include or exclude taxes, duties, or other charges.

Any applicable charges collected directly by us will be shown during checkout where possible.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DTD serves customers internationally.

International orders may be fulfilled through facilities and logistics partners located outside the customer's country.

Orders may therefore cross international borders and may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Where such charges are not collected by DTD at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

7. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or obvious website errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Suspected resale or abusive purchasing activity
  • Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no alternative arrangement is agreed, the relevant amount will be refunded.

8. ORDER INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where requested, and payment information.

DTD cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after it enters fulfillment.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may remain the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

9. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.

DTD does not directly control the internal authorization processes of banks, card issuers, digital wallets, or other payment providers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Shipping may be affected by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, local delivery networks, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A temporary delay does not automatically mean that a shipment has been lost.

Please consult our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding tracking, international delivery, incorrect addresses, and lost shipments.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

We do not generally provide discretionary returns or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or places an order accidentally.

However, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.

12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discounts cannot necessarily be combined.
  • Promotions may have geographic, product, quantity, or time restrictions.
  • Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

We may cancel or refuse the misuse of promotional offers, including attempts to exploit technical errors or circumvent stated promotion conditions.

13. WEBSITE ACCURACY

We try to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or technical mistakes relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information.

Where permitted by law, we may correct genuine errors and update information.

Nothing in this section permits us to disregard a binding contractual obligation or mandatory consumer right.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through DTD — including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, written content, advertising concepts, website design, and other creative materials — belongs to DTD or is used under appropriate authorization.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, publish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a DTD product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights.

15. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, or other content to DTD, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that material.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or intentionally misleading.

Where you expressly authorize us to use submitted content, or where our submission process clearly provides for such use, you grant DTD the rights described at the time of submission.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where legally permitted.

16. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Commit or facilitate fraud
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious software or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or systematically extract protected website content without authorization
  • Interfere with the security or operation of our website
  • Impersonate another person
  • Provide intentionally false information
  • Abuse our refund, payment, promotional, or customer-support systems

We may restrict access or cancel transactions where we reasonably identify serious abuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

17. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK ABUSE

We take payment fraud seriously.

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or there is a genuine problem with an order, please contact us so we can investigate.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, correspondence, and other evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, or competent authorities when responding to legitimate payment disputes or suspected fraud.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other technology providers.

Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by law, DTD is not responsible for independent third-party services that we do not control.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that limitation, DTD will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of a product, unauthorized modification, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to the product's intended purpose.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

21. PRIVACY

Your use of DTD is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you interact with our website or place an order.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

DTD will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where permitted by law.

These circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government action, customs disruption, strikes, transportation interruptions, telecommunications failures, widespread technical outages, epidemics, or major supply-chain disruptions.

This provision does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply as provided by applicable law.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an existing purchase where prohibited by law.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. NO WAIVER

If DTD does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the customer's country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections that cannot legally be waived.

27. CONTACT

Questions regarding these Terms can be submitted through our Contact page.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your request and, where relevant, your order.
